Costa Rica seminar 2024

On my recent trip to Costa Rica, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into one of the most fascinating areas of Kyusho and Sensory Energetics: healing and sensory self-repair. This trip was not simply a visit to teach techniques, but rather an experience of reconnection, both for me and for those who participated in the classes.

Costa Rica seminar 2024

From the moment I arrived, I felt the vibrant energy of Costa Rica. A place surrounded by pure nature, where balance and peace seem to flow naturally. It was the perfect setting to work on restoring and awakening the senses, something that, over time, our busy lives and stress tend to block.

The focus on this occasion was completely centered on internal well-being. During the sessions, I taught the participants how to activate the natural flow of energy in their bodies to start a deep healing process. Sensory Energetics allows us to reconnect with the most subtle sensations, those that we have forgotten due to the frenetic pace of life. Through a series of specific practices and exercises, the attendees learned to intensify their sensory experience, from touch and sight to sound and pleasure, in order to restore internal harmony.

One of the most powerful aspects of this work was seeing how people, little by little, began to feel an "awakening." It was not just something physical, but an emotional and mental opening. Through energetic techniques, I guided participants to release deep tensions and restore the nervous system. Many came to the sessions feeling exhausted, disconnected from their own bodies, but left with a sense of renewal and balance.

Sensory self-repair is not simply a technique, it is a re-education process. In Costa Rica, we worked on how to listen to the body, how to identify those areas of tension or blockage, and most importantly, how to release those energetic barriers. This process not only leads to better physical health, but also to a deeper connection with oneself and with the environment. In the Costa Rican context, surrounded by nature and an environment conducive to relaxation, the energy flowed incredibly.
One of the most transformative exercises I taught was how to send healing energy to oneself. It is a simple but powerful concept: learning to use our own energy to repair and restore what is out of balance. Participants discovered how, through conscious breathing, meditation, and interacting with their energetic systems, they could unlock repressed emotions and built-up tensions.

Costa Rica offered me not only the opportunity to teach, but also to learn. I saw how the power of Sensory Energetics could transform people's well-being, reconnecting them with their bodies, awakening their senses, and allowing them to experience healing that is not about healing external wounds, but about repairing from within.
This trip was an enriching experience for both the participants and myself, and I am excited for future opportunities to continue exploring sensory self-repair in more places. The energy of Costa Rica will be something I will carry with me, always reminding me of the power we have within to heal, reconnect, and awaken our lives.
