1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This training is an international event with limited slots and requires extensive and costly preparation. For this reason, refund requests will only be accepted up to 10 days before the event. If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another training in any other country within a one-year period.
2. Image Consent
By attending the event, participants consent to being filmed partially or entirely. Some recordings and photographs may be used on social media, promotional material, and other media for marketing and event documentation purposes. Participants agree to the use of their image for these purposes.
3. Physical Contact During the Event
I am aware that this training involves physical contact with other participants and with the instructors. I understand and accept that this contact is necessary for the practice and should not be interpreted inappropriately. Any concerns about physical contact should be communicated to the instructor immediately.
4. Health Status and Contraindications
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am in good health to participate in the training activities. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions preventing my participation and that I have informed the organizers of any relevant health issues.
5. Commitment to Safety
I commit to following all safety instructions provided by the instructors and event organizers. I understand that I must immediately inform the instructors of any discomfort or health issues I experience during the training.

I commit to maintaining respectful and professional behavior at all times. This includes respecting all participants, instructors, and event staff, as well as adhering to the rules and regulations of the training venue.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
I understand that the training may include confidential and private information shared by other participants and instructors. I commit to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and will not disclose any personal information without consent.
8. Personal Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my participation in the training. I release the organizers, instructors, and event staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my participation.
9. Training Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule and content of the training if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as far in advance as possible.
